Design & Development: Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, Web API, and RESTful services.
Solution Architecture: Translate business requirements into technical designs; apply appropriate design patterns (SOLID, DDD, CQRS, Repository, Factory, Dependency Injection, etc.) and architectural styles (Microservices & Clean Architecture).
Database Engineering: Design, develop, and optimize complex database schemas, stored procedures, functions, and packages in Oracle or PostgreSQL.
Performance Optimization: Perform query analysis using execution plans, identify bottlenecks, tune SQL/PL-SQL queries, optimize indexes, partitioning strategies, and improve overall database and application performance.
API Development: Build and maintain secure, versioned, and well-documented REST APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI) following industry best practices for authentication, authorization (OAuth2, JWT), and rate limiting.
Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, integration tests (xUnit/NUnit/MSTest), and drive test automation and TDD adoption.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies, evaluate tools/frameworks, and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Requirements
8+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+.
Strong experience in developing Web APIs and RESTful services.
In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Proven expertise in Oracle or PostgreSQL:
Schema and data model design
Writing complex SQL, PL/SQL, and PL/pgSQL
Stored procedures, functions, triggers, packages
Query optimization, execution plan analysis, indexing strategies
Performance tuning and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, MSMQ), and asynchronous processing.
Familiarity with caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached) and distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Experience with unit testing frameworks, mocking libraries (Moq, NSubstitute), and code quality tools (SonarQube).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring engineering teams.
